Order Processing Time
Generally, we will process your order within 1-2 business days.
Order Cutoff
Our business hours are Monday through Friday at 17:00 PM (AKST). Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday (or later if it is a holiday).
Shipping Lead Time
Using USPS First-Class Package delivery, the estimated shipping time is 2 to 5 business days, and the delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days.
Note: Please ensure the receiving information is correct before placing an order. It will not be possible to change it after shipment.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order amount. For orders less than $59.99, a $4.99 shipping charge applies. For orders of $59.99 or more, we offer you free shipping.

Shipping Delay

Order Processing Delays
If the order is processed for more than 10 days without special instructions, you can request a refund, or we will re-process the order and reimburse you with a $6 coupon.
Lost Packages
